By accessing or using the Pigmenta AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Software License
Subject to compliance with these terms, Pigmenta AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary robotics software. This license is specifically for:
- Internal Industrial Operations
- AI Model Training (Authorized)
- Production Monitoring
- Predictive Analysis
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to:
Reverse engineer the core AI path-planning algorithms.
Circumvent safety protocols established in the control software.
Redistribute Pigmenta software without explicit written consent.
